Infared tube heater selection….HVAC techs please help???

I am looking at buying a tube heater to heat my workshop. It is a woodworking shop so there will be dust and I figured this would be my best option. Can anybody tell me what size in BTU I would need?
Workshop size:
*30×40
*9′ sidewalls, 18′ peak cathedral open ceiling
*8′x9′ insulated garage door, one 36″ x 52″ double pane insulated window, 36″ insulated steel door.
*R-19 fiberglass ceiling insulation, R-11 wall insulation
*R-3 insulated concrete floor w/vapor barrier
*outside min. temperature 0 deg. F.
*inside comfortable temperature 70 deg. F.
*central Kansas

Basically I need to know what btu straight tube natural gas tube heater will be sufficient?

Obviously you need to get a proper heat loss design, but based on the info you’ve given, and allowing 20 Btu/sqft as an estimate, you would need about 24,0000 BTU heat input. Considering the dust in the building, your heater should be direct vent, (i.e. – combustion air from outside the building, vent to outside the building). There are plenty of choices for heater brands and types – here’s one:
