looking for a woodcraft book?
about 10 years ago my husband had a book from the library. It was a book on making wooden toys. The front cover had a picture of an Alice in wonderland chess set that could be made from wood and that is the project he started.
He only made the pawns and then took the book back. Recently he wanted to take up his project again but found the library no longer has the book!
He cant remember the name of the book or the author all he remembers is the Alice chess set was on the front and the pawns hold real playing cards.
I have searched all over the net but cant find anything like it and think that it will probably be out of publish by now.
As a long shot I thought I would try and see if you guys can give me any info on the book
Due to the age of the book I dont think you are going to find it new anywhere. I would check auction sites and also amazon and see if you can find it used. I f you can find more info on the book maybe you could contact the publisher and see how you could get your hands on one that way.
